How do you communicate with the board?

Contact property management, who will contact the board on your behalf. Also, come to the board meetings to voice your concerns, join the conversation, and expedite your requests.

Received a violation or want to contest a fine? Come to the board meetings to explain your side. If you don't communicate with us, we can't help you!

Archived Board Meeting Agendas, Minutes, etc.

You can find previous agendas, minutes, and some balance sheets are archived in the homeowners portal https://portal.az.ogdenre.com.

Due to a change in management, turn-over of board members, and volunteer nature of updating this website, we do not have an unbroken archive. If you have questions about minutes, contact management or come to one of our Board meetings to submit a request. Long-standing board members will do their best to dig through paper archives.
